I join one moth after that moth I quiet the place it's nice but when I ask the staf for a routine they told me "just go machine to machine" not routine nothing they didn't care you should have a beginner and intermediate routine and person who show to you how to do the exercises

Reasonable value for money and equipment not bad.Way too hot on warm days as fans are ineffective and nobody opens a window no a.c. Really busy on peak times and when the sun's out bizarrely. Prices creeping up regularly making it less value for money. Lots of people dressed to impress in skinny jeans... Yes skinny jeans, designer non gym stuff like a nightclub. lots of pushing chests out tensing up, snarling & launching weights on floor & shouting. The general look at me lot. This ruins the general experience.

Spacious and clean. Has all the equipment for normal gym-goers.

Great gym, wish it was 24 hours. They have the nicest staff I've known in a gym
