Terrible drivers, rude and over charge. Contacted reception and complaints multiple times just to speak to rude people who wouldn't put through a complaint. Not recommended.

Used them quite often until I noticed that some drivers turn off the meter (or lock the screen of the phone) a few minutes before arriving to the destination and telling me much higher cost. Normally it takes me £6 to get to the place but was told to pay £8 and £9 a few times with that "trick". Won't use again.

Kept putting phone down, lazy receptionists wanting to have an easy shift it seems. One for the owners to look at I guess - shame really skyline it is

I now use Speedline as my preferred taxi service for Milton Keynes. They arrive quickly and offer good value...
