Such a lovely B&B! Bob and Claire are complete sweethearts that will help you as much as they can. I really felt cared for and comfortable here.

What a fantastic stay we had ! Bob and Claire gave my wife and I a lovely warm and friendly welcome. Lovely big rooms with all the facilities you need. Breakfast really great just what you need to start the day. We both had an enjoyable stay and will be back. I would recommend anyone staying in York to stay at Adams House.
