Care and attention to their burgers, with fresh ingredients and novel recipes makes this a great burger joint. Just don't expect too much ambiance!

Great customer service and a lovely meal. Found it buy mistake, however I wouldn't regret this finding. Would have again.

I went here by accident on Wednesday night when I was looking for an affordable and quick place to eat before I went to my appointment in Margaret Street. I had previously gone to a pizza restaurant in Tynte Street but decided not to eat there as I was advised that there would be a twenty minute wait and the cheapest meal I could get would start from $15. I didn't want to pay that much and wait that long as I had an appointment I needed to be at within the hour and I didn't want to rush my meal.
So I decided against eating there and walked around the corner to O'Connell Street where I found Burger It.
I was pleasantly surprised to see vegan and vegetarian burgers on the menu. The man who served me said my burger would be ready in ten minutes. He told me he can veganise the burger I chose ($9.50) by omitting the mayonnaise and replacing it with a plum sauce. I chose Pump & Grind It because I liked the ingredients of the patty, which was pumpkin, cashew, carrot and ginger. The man who made it brought it to my table and even gave me a napkin.
The burger was delicious although the flavours didn't come through that well, but I know it was healthy and cruelty free. Improvements to be made could be cutting the burger in half for ease of eating it, better presentation and supplying bigger napkins.
