Great value veggies. Find the 1 dollar bags for the real bargains. Some cheap and tasty bush meat available too. Too many delicious treats to tempt you that are not all so affordable!

Amazing ambience and life, like a piece of bustling history in the middle of city (/town? ;) center. Great place with lovely shops and legendary eateries. Lucia's pizza and spaghetti are well known - but the coffee is amazing too.

Not having been to the market for some years it was somewhat overwhelming at first.The sheer volume was amazing!
Everything seemed so fresh and the prices were really good.
When we went back to the car was surprised that my ticket was still valid with nothing to pay. Happy days!!!!

Been to most capital cities in Australia and this is the best central fresh food market out of all of them! Fresh produce is cheap, high quality and local. Love the irregular vegetables, just shows how local the produce is. The cheese and other cafes are a bit of a mixed bag, good fresh bread mostly but can be quite pricey. Quality is questionable when it comes to the delis. Great place that is open most weekdays and Saturday, come Saturday afternoon as sellers will be giving discounts on their products!

Vibrant with colour, activity and buzz. A great place to find a bargain or just mellow out. Unique fully undercover market. Great for gourmet food shopping as well as for those on a budget. Convenient and reasonable-cost parking. The only place in Adelaide to buy West Terrace Cemetery olive oil. The staff at the second hand book store were excellent, knowledgeable of many subjects and made good recommendations. Also look out for authentic Filipino food here.
