I ordered the tapas plate, which had Serrano ham. When the plate arrived at the table there was no Serrano ham but normal ham. The waitress did no say anything and I personally think she hoped for the best that I wouldn't know the difference between Serrano ham and normal ham. I called the waitress and later she informed me that they run out of Serrano ham and offered squid as replacement. I did not appreciate the fact that she did no say anything and hoped for the best. I was not impressed.

Ordered a pot of tea. Empty cup supplied wiht it was dirty with coffee grains. Asked for another and the assistant had to check 4 cups before she found a reasonably clean one. They had only Earl Grey and some herbal teas, no English Breakfast.

Ordered soy flat white this morning. Coffee was terrible and full of foam. I removed the foam which was chunky as was coffee underneath. When we returned it they said "sorry, soy milk does that when it's over heated." Then they charged us for the coffee and said there was nothing wrong with it. Not sure if it was overheated or milk was spoilt. Clearly not very educated baristas here if they find that acceptable. Never to return.

A great place to grab breakfast, as long as you have the time to wait for your order (a very long wait)
