I haven't had a working lift in my apartment complex for over a week now. Unacceptable. Terrible service. All correspondence (with spelling mistakes) from the company is stuck up with sticky tape in lifts throughout the complex - so professional.

Strata management must be the toughest gig around - only that can explain the ineptitude.

Very unprofessional service. Not happy at all.
Hope other customers have better experience than us.
The senior manager was not helpful at all. Will not choose their service in the future.
