Janet and her team at Higher Function have been amazing. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I saw Janet all through my 2 pregnancies and also after, even taking my baby to the mums and bubs class. I owe my core strength and fitness to her. I cannot speak highly enough of Higher function and would recommend them to anyone!!

I cannot speak more highly of the staff at 'higher function' the care i have recieved has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend to everyone who is seeking out pilates, physiotherapy and EP!!!
