Food was surprisingly good, the chicken kiev fantastic and the steak tasty. Service staff seemed inexperienced and our meals too nearly an hour to arrive. The decor is in urgent need of revival as it feels tired and out of date. Won't return in a hurry

Not crash hot, but good enough for a Friday lunch break feed. The food is okay, the beer is better.

I just got back from the “Tower Hotel” we ordered steak chips and salad with drinks.
I ordered medium rare I got half burned and half alive I couldn’t even cut through the stake.
I didn’t know what to do with that “thing” so I just left it on the plate and left the place.
I don’t really know how this place is still open as a restaurant.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to walk in unless he is in a gambling craving.

I don't know why other people rate the Tower so poorly, because I have been going there for about 10 years and have had very few complaints: the fish and chips is too small on the kids menu and if you choose to upgrade it to the proper size, the only difference is that they add a salad. The other complaint being that the menu has only changed once in my entire visiting time, but the menu is still good and can supply for anyone's tastes with its wide range of foods to order. I mostly order the Chicken Parmigiana which is absolutely the best - the best I've ever had to this day! It also has a good games room and chocolate grabber machine to keep kids entertained.
