Asked for a double cheese burger stunner meal with medium cappuccino the coffee was in a medium cup but only fill to a small topped off with foam the fries were hardcas and as salty as nuggets were dry n hard. The service was bad and the young girl who served me was rude waited 7min before getting served so sorry I interrupted your chat with another co-worker

The customer service here is really disappointing. You would expect as a major fast food chain they'd be all over it, but sadly they seem to care more about pumping the drive thru orders through than taking care of the customers who've bothered to walk in.
The food is good, but won't be back. Takes far too long.

They say the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks but I have to disagree. HOWEVER it does provide good alternative burgers and their fries are the best. Service is slow and rarely friendly and you pay more on public holidays

Staff trying to do a good job but a lot more customers than staff. Why have they removed so many registers so only 1 poor kid taking orders? Food was delicious as per usual but icecream machine not working AGAIN. ..
