When I was down in Newcastle recently, I hired a small car off these guys for around a week (very cheap). I received a GPS on arrival at no extra cost. They are all very friendly & helpful. When I returned, I had done a few excess kilometres which they did for me free of charge.
I highly recommend this company, they're not like the other car hire companies.
