Купих кола от Ивиго и съм много доволна и от автомобила и от обслужването. Вече 4 години я карам. Замислям смяна и съм сигурна ,че следващият ми автомобил пак ще бъде от там.
Поздравявам хората работещи там и им желая много успехи!!!

On our family holiday in Bulgaria we rented a 7 seater Zafira that turned out to have starting problems and one day before returning wouldn't even start. Even from day one, I could feel that the car is a moody starter however I didn't think much of it. Their website claims, "Company policy is the cars to pass technical inspection before every rental, for maximum security of customer." I can't see how that is true because, to me, it was quite obvious from day one that the car struggled to start. Additionally, one of the rear seat belts was faulty. This meant that out of five passengers, only four had the privilege of a seatbelt. Surely those are things that should be picked up on the so called "technical inspection". However, cars break down and often without anyone to blame, they just do. What followed as a response to my report to the company though was disgusting. When I called to notify the company of the car refusing to start, I was first told that there was nothing that they could do about it and secondly that I must suspend my holiday to go chasing after repair services in an unfamiliar city to replace a particular part of the car that they were suspiciously thoroughly convinced was the problem. It seems that they knew that the car already had these faults. On one occasion we had to get a jump start from the hotel owner in town, on another I had to embarrass my family to give me a push in the middle of a foreign city's street and on a third we risked our lives up a tiny, cobbled, steep hill street when the engine randomly shut off and wouldn't start again. I was met with no compassion from the employees in the office of the rental car. The owner of the company wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. Instead, he just passed on instructions for me to complete in order to fix the car through his employees.

I ended up having to find a garage, fix the car, pay for the fix - all with a flight to catch in a city 3hrs away!! I was even paid back by the company less than I had originally paid for the car to be repaired!!
True it was about £2 less but when I pointed it out to the employee of the company he didn't miss the opportunity to embarrass me and say that I'm so cheap to raise this £2 issue after which he threw 2lev (£0.80) at me as if I was begging for it. These guys offered no compensation or even alternative method of transportation to the airport. Absolute lack of custom or responsibility to the client. If that is how you want to be treated and if that is the kind of car you want to rent, go for it! My opinion - you can get better value for money even if you spend twice as much. Avoid at any cost! Incredibly rude and unprofessional in their dealing with clients!!

СУПЕР ТОЧНИ И КОРЕКТНИ!!! Адмирации!!Вече три коли купих за цялото семейство и другия месец ще взема още една за най-младия шофьор вкъщи!Купувайте смело,момчетата са без грешка!Всичко казано от тях е точно,а койтй не може да си прочете какво пише в документите по-добре да не пише глупости!!!Успех и безаварийно!!!

Аз съм клиент на тази аво—къща и в момента карам четвърти автомобил закупен от там:-) Изключително доволен съм от автомобилите и коректността на фирмата.
Относно гаранцията когато се прочете внимателно :-) в нея е опоменато,че се дава гаранция на ДВИГАТЕЛ И СКОРОСТНА КУТИЯ, а ходова част,накладки,съединител,ремъци и масла са колсуматив при всеки един автомобил :-) :-)
