Poor service. Tables a tad messy considering they had staff availible. Garbage full and condiment area messy. They made a crappy Italian soda, hardly any ice on a HOT day.

Awesome menu items especially the cakes. The coffee is great here, it's close to many other attractions too. Grab a coffee and walk around Portage Place, MTS center, The Bay...

Service has improved. I just wished they could keep out their pastries for a little longer in the evening before closing.
Washrooms are in disrepair. There is nothing to dry your hands. The hand dryer has been out of order for past few years. Huge gaps in the stalls. Lack of privacy.
When they do have their pastries out they are pretty good.

This is a solid second cup. I walk by nearly every morning on my way to school and pick up a coffee. The staff are always quick and pleasant. The lines are short and the drinks are always solid. As far as coffee shops go this gets a 3.5/5 from me.
