The location is great being close to the beach and bars and restaurants, Protarus is lovely but this hotel was a big disappointment from shabby rooms, miserable staff and food not being great but biggest issue was lack of relaxation, starting early morning with doors banging, maids screeching to each other and just walking into rooms( there weren’t even any do not disturb signs) then down to the pool and the mouldy sun beds where the rep blasted music out to the point most people avoided the pool area to get away from the noise. So if you’re looking for rest,relaxation and a class hotel this is not the place for you.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel could do with a bit of updating but the rest rest more than makes up.

Highest value of this place is quality(sand) and distance(10m) of beach. Middle value for food. Everything else is below Europe standard, especially cleaning. High prices, noisily streets even after midnight, poor services, damaged walkways, non-considerately parking, impatiently taxi drivers, driving on left side of road. I do not expect next visit of this country.
