I stayed in the hotel in September 2017. I loved the hotel and facilities from the moment I saw it: beautiful, clean rooms (even though some renovation is needed), amazing views, and a breakfast buffet that was unbelievable (although we rushed through it because we had to catch a train). I was so excited and looking forward to my next stay there.
Upon checking in, we asked to have a taxi waiting for us the next day in the morning to take us to the train station. We were told that a taxi would be called the next day and there was nothing to worry about. We insisted, and were re-assured that we had nothing to worry about.
The next morning we were at the front desk waiting for the taxi. We took extra time just in case there would be delays. The front desk was supposed to have the taxi waiting for us as we finished breakfast. And here it starts: "there is a long wait for the taxi", "there is no taxi", we've heard it all. The staff was absolutely unprofessional, blaming the staff from the previous night for assuring us that finding a cab would not be a problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor who had the look of someone who did not want to be bothered. His response was "I just got in, I don't have a taxi for you". Unprofessional, inefficient, not friendly, disrespectful. So was the person working for him.
Very bad experience. We missed the train. We told the supervisor that we are no longer catching our train. Not even an apology. It totally messed up our day. As much as I loved the hotel, I am not looking forward to go back because of the poor service provided to their clients.

Some of the best views on the promenade! They are finishing up with really nice renovations. The rooms were well thought out and well designed. Bed and sheets of high quality. Slept like a baby! Private beach for hotel guests with chairs and umbrellas provided. As I stayed in the business suite, breakfast was included. May I the breakfast/brunch was almost as impressive as the view!! Can't go wrong staying at this hotel! Only negatives - some rooms are not yet renovated, renovation noise, and no dedicated room service at night. For the cost, would have liked/expect 24 hour room service.

Very nice but slightly dated hotel with fantastic views of the Mediterranean. if you get room view they have quadruple thick windows on the view size so you don't hear the usual heavy traffic. only drawback is a bit far from town center but an easy walk and there is always a cab and a bus stop is nearby. Staff super friendly

Quite good level. Swimming pool, bar and restaurant on the roof with great sea view. Rooms are big. Well equipped. Service really great.

Lovely property with well appointed rooms. We arrived six hours ahead of check in and they were able to give us a room immediately, which we greatly appreciated. The pool is quite nice as well. A good 2+ mile walk to the main area of town - save yourself and catch the bus right out front for 1 euro 50 and a quick 15 min ride.
