For a store that charge too much money on clothing, you whould assume they can offer VAT refund forms. Instaed they just LIE(!!!) to you, that it can be done when you arrive to the airport.
You can get most of the stuff here cheaper at other stores in the same area. If you prefer honset buisness, buy somewhere else

Very good selection of brands and products. Underwear of all kinds; boxers to jock-straps. Prices are good and the staff is friendly. Good bargains but most popular sizes are sold out.
