I had a really bad experience with this guys, last Tuesday with my boyfriend we were celebrating his birthday.... and like a surprise I reserved one canoe for 3p. We were waiting for them one hour (of course at that moment it wasn't a surprise any more for my boyfriend). I had to call them three times!! And finally when they showed up we decided to leave the place because they didn't care about us, no sorry, no explanation... they were rude and irresponsible. They ask you for a phone number in case they are late or something, sorry but false they never called me...This is not how the customer service works, at least a sorry... Hoping this will never happen with someone else, more when you are trying to make something special.

Ich bin total entsetzt, was für eine Briefkastenfirma ist das denn? Ich wollte das schöne Wetter am Wochende zum Abpaddeln nutzen und dann diese Pleite- die Firma gibt es nicht unter der Adresse, schlecht fürs Image der Wassersportler!!!
