Rooms are not that big an to my mind a little bit to dirty for a 4 stars Hotel. Breakfast is really good.

The good: location, friendly staff, free green apples & newspapers & magazines in lobby.
Breakfast (slight extra charge) is very good, with a good selection of quality food.
The okay: small (or possibly average) room, average TV, bathroom amenities, air conditioning. Spa has acceptable pool and sauna but fitness center has just 3 or 4 ellipticals/stationary bicycles, two weight benches & dumbbells.
The bad: didn't answer phone until 7th call, parking is $20, no free bottle of water in room and SMALL bottle in lobby is $3, instant coffee in room, no water in coffee maker, sad room with cheap furnishings (and this was "business class"). Bathroom is sad; water pressure is excellent, shower drain is not. Bible next to bed. Lobby, bar and restaurant space are barely designed, looking like a $50 upgrade to a tired old hotel.
One big towel in bathroom next to this sign:
"Dear guest, you will find the second towel in the wardrobe."

Stayed one night here. Parking is under the hotel and is very safe. Unfortunately not free, paid a fair amount for any city centre parking. Staff extreme friendly and beautiful lounge area. Standard radisson room which means rooms come well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms. The promised upgrade was given. Excellent breakfast. My son got his French toast just as last time. We only stayed fir a stopover this time. Good stuff.
