My wife Michelle and myself (Mark) have just finished our 2nd visit to this wonderful hotel. We came for a week and have had the most amazing time. From the minute you arrive to the sad moment you leave you are looked after wonderfully. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaners waiting staff bar staff and entertainers are fantastic. The food and bar manager as well as the general manager are very approachable to discuss anything you want to talk about.
Special praise must go to Sakis Mousakis who looks after the pool bar so wonderfully. Also the entertainment team are amazing, special love to boss Micky, Heidi and Nelly.
The food at this place is excellent and the facilities too. We have booked to come back next June and can’t wait.
Book a holiday here you won’t be disappointed!!

I don't think you can ever have an all-inclusive hotel that is truly 5 star as these are conflicts of interest. In the UK this hotel would be somewhere between 3-4. I'm saying this just to manage any unrealistic expectations out there.
The most striking thing about this hotel is that it is so clean and well kept. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. The food and drink are adequate, local alcohols and mass trays of buffet as you would expect for all-inclusive fayre. The hotel is generous with ensuring that your plates are full and drinks topped up, not like some 'all inclusive' hotels that I have visited. It is a family hotel but you can come here and avoid children if you wanted to, there are separate pools etc. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful coarse beaches and it is only a short distance to central Kos. Our stay was cheap compared to similar experiences and we certainly feel we got value for money.
To take the hotel to the next level I would recommend 3 things:
1. A proper spa, gym and heated pool
2. More varied entertainment from external sources ( the Animation team has lots of enthusiasm but feels amateur and repetitive when it's every night)
3. Smaller concentrated (by food type) eating areas rather than the mass 'canteen like' restaurant.
All in all a great experience and you would struggle to get anything anywhere near as good for the price. Oh, and there are people friendly local cats that will help you eat your food outside, a nice touch.

Very nice hotel with reasonable price. All is included and they have daily events in the hotel; dance, comedy show etc. Also the staff is very nice and welcoming.

Great hotel for families. Beach is pebbley but the sea is great & the views are spectacular at sundown. Food is excellent & the staff are amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough.
