Generali have stolen my money. I invested funds with them a number of years ago (and they generated zero returns over that time) and in August 2016 I requested to close the account. I still do not have my funds. They have a cavalcade of useless excuses {wrong form; original documents not received; certification of documents expired; proof of address documents rejected; unable to communicate to a specific email (to the email address registered on their own website); unable to transfer through a currency trader (to cut down on excessive fees);....... The story goes on. Looks like I will have to travel to Guernsey and collect my money in person. In this day and age, this is UNFORGIVABLE. THIS COMPANY DESERVES TO GO BANKRUPT. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. I am serious.

Do NOT trust them. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow up. Worst investment in my life!
