I received fantastic service from Firstdent for my front teeth troubles. They did a fantastic job and explained to me start to finish what my plan was. They gave me 2 options to choose from and were super flexible with dates to go out to Budapest.
There were a few reasons I chose Firstdent - 1. I saved a lot of money vs. UK treatment recommendations and 2. I really trusted them after my first consultation. 3. Budapest is a great city! If you haven't been you're in for a treat.
I was super nervous about being in pain but they did such a good job of making me comfortable at all times. I didn't feel rushed and they checked I was OK a lot during the treatment.
Adrienn was fantastic and extremely responsive at all times before I went out and while I was out there - I felt like I could ask anything and to be honest I haven't ever had that kind of service from UK dental surgeries. I just don't feel they are as accessible as Adrienn and team were and that is priceless when it comes to your smile!

My husband has had three implants carried out by Firstdent. He had an initial consultation in London which went smoothly. He then had a two day trip to Budapest for the first part of the implant treatment and three months later followed this up with a 5 day stint in Budapest to complete the work. At all times, Firstdent have been very professional and all arrangements have been made by Adrienn who is exceptionally well organised and speaks perfect English. I cannot fault any of the work carried out. We were made to feel welcome and appointments in Budapest were at sensible times so that we could actually make a holiday with the time not spent at the dental surgery. Do not be put off by the exterior of the building - it is typically an old Hungarian city property - inside it is a modern well equipped dental surgery, spotlessly clean.
Adrienn arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and for the return journey at a very reasonable rate. She also arranged for us to have an apartment near to the surgery, again at a reasonable rate. The apartment had everything we needed for this stay and is in walking distance of the city centre.
The first treatment carried out in Budapest was no worse than having a filling and the second trip having the work completed need no injections and absolutely no discomfort. The cost was a third of the price that I had been quoted in U.K.
All in all I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and would like to thank the team at Firstdent.

Just returned from having my final treatment with First Dent.I have always had a total fear of the dentist,that coupled with a hiatus hernia and acid reflux,meant the acid ate away my front teeth,and eventually all my back teeth.Several ill fitting dental plates meant years of infections,and not being able to eat properly,and looking dreadful,unable to smile.I had looked at the cost of implants etc in the UK,but was sadly far out of my reach.I went to see Renatta and Adrienn in London,the first thing I noticed was there approach was more about the right course of treatment rather than the money.I was given 3 options,which were all well thought out,and decided to go ahead with the treatment.Adrienn organised everything.She is absolutely superb,she is always there when needed,always there to give help,advice and encouragement,day or night.My treatment was complex and complicated.Renatta explained EVERYTHING as we went along.I have ended up with 8 implants,8 crowns,2 bridges,several extractions..I was quoted £30,000 in the UK,in Budapest I paid little over a third of this.The whole crew at Firstdent,ALL of them,have changed my life.From Zoli picking me up from the Airport,the lovely girl in reception,Katalin,Melinda,the brilliant Renatta and the amazingly efficient and charismatic Adrienn,who organises absolutely everything for you.Airport transfer,daily clinic transfer,hotel/apartment and flights if needed.With her famous words,"DONT WORRY" :-)The clinic is modern and state of the art.They do everything they can to work around you,and they do NOT give you un-realistic expectations.My teeth are the best they have ever been in my life,and I cannot stop smiling,where I never smiled before.They are honest,hard working kind people.And these are now people who have become my friends.I will never be able to thank them enough for what they have done for me,with my confidence etc,there is NO price you can put on that.If ANYONE wants to contact me regarding this review,I would be more than happy to talk and also to share my pictures.I would recommend FirstDent in a heartbeat.I didn`t know what to expect,but Budapest is an amazing city,with amazing people,topped off by the amazing people at FirstDent..Thank you all so very much,from the bottom of my heart...Martin stevens xx

I have just returned from having dental treatment with Firstdent and cannot praise them enough. I found the technicians to be totally professional and caring. I was kept informed at all times about the treatment.
I doubted anything could be done to improve my teeth - how wrong was I. I am happy to say my new teeth have given me a new lease of life as I have gained confidence and am no longer afraid to smile.
I would fully recommend anyone thinking about treatment to take the first step. I met with the technicians and former clients and arranged a consultation. At no time did I feel any sales pressure and was left to choose my treatment at my leisure.
I felt it was the best money I have ever spent and good value for money.
