It's an alright beer place. Very easy and accessible for English speaking guests. Not feeling much of a character or ambience. Good Japanese beers though! Can pay with plastic/ card.

I think if we'd only had beers this would be a 5 star review for sure. The place had one large table full when we arrived and one guy sitting at the counter. We placed our beer orders, the staff was very knowledgeable about their selection. The table behind us had this great looking appetizer dishes, we decided to order the same. Well it isn't what we got at all. The chicken wings we received were about the size of my pinky finger. With hardly and meat (¥750 ~5 wings) we got a salad (¥500) large mix of lettuces with a lot of salt and minimal dressing, weird, but ok and then an appetizer combo which was a small plate with very small portions of a few different apps, like 2 slices (about the size of a 500 yen coin) of cheese, and small piece of shredded carrots, cabbage and potato salad. When ordering we pointed at the table which also had lots of food of it and explained we wanted the appetizer plate they had. Our portion sizes were such a joke and nothing to what they received. It's just disappointed to spend so much money on a meal and receive such small portions. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier or what but I felt like we were getting the short end of the stick.

Great beer - infinitely better than the standard mass produced lagers you find everywhere else. They have flights, so don't pass up the opportunity to try lots of different beers! The menu is in English and Japanese, and they had an English speaker on staff. The atmosphere is modern and plain, but the beer is fantastic. Didn't try the food, but there are a number of options (also in English), and they looked good going to other patrons.

Delicious food and an amazing beer selection. Went in the afternoon on a hot day and it was perfect. Menu on the wall is in English and they have a very nice staff, one of which is fluent in English. They know their beers as well so definitely consider asking for a recovery recommendation. Wish we were here longer as this is a place I'd visit again.
