平清盛も入ったとされた温泉で、入れ墨の入ったアニキ達もいたので誰でも入れる良い温泉だと思います。ただ車で来るには狭い路地を通るので注意して下さいね。

今新しい温泉のレジャータイプではなく、昔懐かしの銭湯型の温泉で、タイムスリップしたような店の雰囲気です。 緑深い小山のふもと、小川のそばでもあり身も心も癒されました。 私は少し離れた所に住んでいますが、また来てみたいです。

泉質はよい。浴室も清潔。
しかし、、、
時間帯などによっては常連客か洗い場に私物を置いて場所取り占有しながら浴槽近くで長時間雑談をしている。むろん、常連客ばかりなので誰も注意しないしできない。

Strongly recommended, if you want to experience calm and comfortable and not mordern.
Here still exists something old fashioned feelings :) like countryside.
But recently this place was renewed for visitors. Otherwise they did not lose their old fashioned exteriors and interiors.
Nearby this place, there is quite good cafe also.

Unlike most or many 'onsen' this one has ONLY mineral water pools. Each one is at a different temperature, with the ambient mineral water coming out of the ground in late October at about 25 degrees C. One patron told me he traveled one hour to get there and swears that its therapeutic water cures knee and lower back pain.
