Excellent place for science lovers, students and teachers. Only one thing is missing that only few things are in English. But still i respect the Japanese spirit for their language and very helping nature of staff.

Great museum for kids and adults alike. Lots of interactive activities to showcase the many weird and wonderful aspects of science. Not too many stations have an English translation however the concepts are easy to grasp and explain to your kids.

Fun place with nice interactive experiments. The target group is primary/secondary school kids. But, must admit, as adults we also had a lot of fun! Although the museum is trying to translate more explanations to English, the majority of the explanations remain in Japanese.

Very fun, educational place, especially for kids! The planetarium was especially good, but I wish they let us stay there longer. Most of the displays haven't been updated since at least 15 years ago though.

A great museum filled with so much hands on experiments! I felt like a child again running through each section wondering what I could play with and learn from. However, it wasn't a tourist friendly place as the explanations didn't have an English section. Luckily I learn from doing than from reading. A very fun and amusing place to take your children or to enjoy by yourself or with a partner.
