It's a nice experience to have. Interesting that it's an all-male place. Staff aren't good in spoken English. Note that if your luggage is too big for the locker, you'll have to leave your luggage in the lobby.

Good: Conveniently close to Susukino subway station, room is adequate to sleep 1 person, there are space for luggage storage, onsen and breakfast included. Reasonable price.
Bad: This is best for solo travellers, or travelling amongst friends (better than staying in lodge), but definitely not for travelling with family, cannot accommodate women and children.

Place was clean and great for the price you pay. We stayed in Jan and it was a little chilly. There was also a some Edm concert going on on the lower floor when we stayed there which made it hard to sleep.
