Brilliant experience, helpful staff - only issue was the electricity went for an hour during my stay but I still had access to everything but the lift - so its okay.

If only the staff was friendly and professional this establishment would be rated 4 Stars by me. Big tourist groups that swarm the place are another serious minus.
Rooms and pool area are nice. Breakfast is okay. WiFi didn't work 95% of the time. Aggressive receptionist blamed guests phones.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, although that should be expected given it's on the high end of cost in downtown and Gueliz.
The breakfast is adequate with standard options, however I found all the breads I tried to be stale.
Final note, although wifi is included with your stay, the connection quality and speeds are inconsistent and unreliable. In the room, the connection would drop regularly, and in the lobby, pool, and lounge areas the speeds were very slow at best. Tested with a laptop and Pixel.
