WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... i happened to avail their product because of the sweet talk of their agents. I give the 21k for the initial payment but before the contract was signed I was in 2nd thought and decided not to continue because the agent did not clearly state the real policy and I discovered that I dont like their policy compare to my existing life plan. I was informed that I cant get the money I gave them even if it was only 30 mins from the time of of our transaction. i was advised to wait for 60 working days for the cheque refund to arrive. It was last July 2, 2016 but until now Jan 2017 the refund was not released, very frustrating and hassle coz you have to call long distance for their cust care... also their employees are rude when you complained on your status... more alibi .. etc like the cheque is not yet signed... omg its almost half a year.... when will you return my money...
