It's a nice park, has benches, perfect for short walks. I don't recommend walking by night, because there are no lights and might not be quite safe. It's near a main road and in the middle of the day it's quite poluted. There where a few events in this park like "Jazz in the park" and it was pretty awesome.

Recently it looks ok. A small neighborhood park by the river with street basketball court. Usually is quieter then Central park. Sometimes people with loud music can disturb the silence.
