Used to be one of my favorite burger places but obviously it is going from bad to worse, its solution to any problem is to raise prices!!! The guys in the US need to take charge and fix this mess. I would't be surprised if they close shop soon. And this is not about a specific branch, it's sbout their whole business in KSA.

If I could give this so called restaurant negative stars... I would... I am writing this with complete faith, that you will not take action to improve anything; granted, the best way to resolve any issues is to just close down. first, I spoke to two staff members who couldn't make a decision on cancelling or adding to the original order. Second, the amount of disgust and utter disrespect in the presentation of the burger, is beyond unprofessional. The meat tasted like fried plastic with onions. Don't even let me SPEAK on the price tag; we paid 90 riyals worth of manure. We threw the burgers in the trash and ordered something else. So, I ask you, please, just close down. Your restaurant has NOTHING to offer to the world of food.

The standard of this restaurant has dropped a bit in the last few months but it still remains a very acceptable burger, for example they change the type of bread they used to use when they first opened, Big mistake. make sure to get your card and have it stamped so that you may earn the free meal seeing how this restaurant is kind of expensive.
