Swedish version of Macdonald's, but much better. You can even order through touch screens that can be set to various interface languages. They even have no carb options.

The waiting time can vary a lot even if it's more or less empty. The food itself is quite good for fast food but it's also a bit more expensive than McDonald's.

No customer service at all. You would think that if you stand up by the cash register someone might ask you if you needed something. No, after 5 minutes of standing there, being ignored by the hamburger chef standing in front of me I decided to say something. This happened twice!
Oh, and the mozzerella sticks we ordered were so old they were hard. Yuck! Which was why I was standing there in the first place.
Don't eat there period!
