Hangout spot for homeless people, drug dealers and junkies.. After dark a good chance of getting robbed

Nice park with good pools for skating, and a big playground for kids. In the day time there is even smal trikes and bikes to borrow. Only negative thing about this place is that it's a lot weird peeps hanging around and therfore a lot of cops to. In the weekends there is even a camper/trailer converted in to a movable cop station
