Lovely, friendly staff and a really nice breakfast. Beds were clean and it had a cosy feel to it!

Stayed one night. Big room with double bed and single bed, in room shower. Nice location, breakfast and included parking. 150 GBP

This establishment does not provide a cooked breakfast. This fact is not made clear on website or on booking. I have never come across this deficiency in over 25 years of traveling in UK.
The website claims that private car parking is provided. What the website or proprietor does not explain is that you have to enter a very expensive public car park to get access to parking . (daily cost about £24).
No shampoo/shower gel or bath soap is provided. The only soap in the loo is a handwash.
The duvet is very thin (4.5 Tog) and does not keep you warm at night.
This is not the service you expect at £85 per double room per night.
