Lovely Renovation makes the place feel much lighter and brighter, service was great and really enjoyed the food 5*. Happy hour was brilliant definitely worth a visit.

Recently renovated to a very high standard. Fantastic building with a luxury feel. A warm welcome with good food. Dogs allowed too!

Lovely little town pub, filled with nooks and crannies to get lost in with a book and a pint!
Head upstairs where there's much more seating.
Some of the decor is getting tired and a bit run down.

So the drinks are typical. Good selection on tap. But service kinda sucks. 4 servers behind bar chatting it up sharing photos on Facebook not working When we tried to order the before 5 o clock special it ended up being 2 min late because of non responsive servers. Manager wouldn't budge probably because he was the one sitting around. Ended up not ordering food because of this. 4 people in our group. Bill would have been easy 100 after more drinks and apps. So instead of including 50 cents of fries they lost business over two min at their own doing. No wonder you Brits caused a war with the colonies. Stubborn for the sake of being stubborn to your own downfall. So no tip for you blokes. They seemed to not care. Wonder if the cook cares.
