Closed my local branch (Huyton). Went to main one in Old swan. No parking, Only 2 tills, One not working huge queue, then rather that work quicker to get the queue down the only cashier working decides to start lecturing a customer to bring his bank card next time even though he was only paying in. Fuming!!! 25 mins to pay in money.😡😡😡😡 Need to look at more counters or at the least paying in machines.

I find the staff mainly helpful and pleasant. I must admit I don't like machines for depositing money especially larger amounts.

Woefully incompetent every visit to this place. At its best it's a walk in call centre, save yourself a trip and pick up the phone.

Very bad customer service went to put money in my wife account awaiting very long line for counter. In that girl said we are not taking any cash over the counter you have to go to the machine. I said i am on the to alder hey hospital A&E my wife and my baby are waiting for me in tesco car park I will do it next time please take the money here. She said NO.
Then I went to the machine. Hardest machine evar I saw also not working no one help me even I ask for. Then I have no choice go to HSBC put the money's in my account and transfer to my wife it's took only 2 minutes. And waist 30 minutes in natwast Bank for Nothing.
It was Tuesday around 2.30pm on February 24.2015
