I had laser hair removal done on full legs and bikini area. I am amazed about the result. It has been 2 weeks since my last session and can definitely see the change. Have 4 more sessions to go.

Treatment is good, however staff are unattentive - Never answer the phones no matter what time of day you ring. No use of initiative - consultant opened the door wide open with a full view of the reception and windows while i was undressing. No common sense of discretion whatsoever. No communication with each other - The receptionist agrees one thing to you and then the consultant seems confused and says something completely different. I think it is just this branch with the rude staff - other 2 branches staff are more alert and on the ball!

Everything was great for about a year, and then they've changed all the personnel, "forgot" about my booking twice, and don't refund my money for a month... Run away, it's a scum!

During my second appointment for laser hair removal at this clinic, the therapist missed parts of my face and when I pointed it out, she said it was fine. If anyone has ever had their upper lip lasered - you know the therapist is lying when they say that they did laser it but you just didn't feel anything! The following days after my treatment, the hair continued to grow as normal - it usually shrinks and falls out, especially in the beginning.
I let the clinic know via email a few hours after my treatment what had happened - including the conversation between myself and the therapist but they never responded to my email.
Either the therapist wasn't properly trained and didn't know what she was doing - or the clinic scams the clients by getting them to pay BEFORE treatment, and then not even carrying out the correct treatment. Shocking and complete waste of my money.

Love this clinic! I did a Cryo for the inner tights and now I undergo a course of 3DLipoMed treatments. Rachel is my therapist and she is a star. She really tries to get the best results during the treatment. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. They understand what they do. Worth booking your appointment in advance, they seem to be popular. Woop Woop xxx
