Amazing view and setting. Didn't book a table but we got in on a half an hour queue wait. Staff were very friendly and did the best they could. They were happy to take a photo of us. However service when we got up there was very slow. We had a cocktail each and then just orange juice before planning to leave. The whole thing definitely took more than an hour. The Chinese restaurant we went to after put the service pace to shame. But overall a good experience. 10% service charge was an extra £3 for us but happy to pay it. Surprised about people getting in wearing vans on their feet or backward caps but the majority of people were dressed appropriately.

Went last night to celebrate my daughters 21st - all was good until we got the bill !!! £11 for a normal gin and tonic and £11 a southern comfort and coke and £6.50 for a bottle of cider was very much over priced. So for 4 normal drinks our bill came to £37 and to top it off a 10% service charge(£3.50) for him to walk 2 metres!!!....a complete joke. I knew we would pay a bit over the odds for the fantastic setting and views but that was an over statement. !!!

Amazing views and great cocktails high up in the Hilton Hotel
Went for birthday drinks with friends and really enjoyed the ambience.
There is a panoramic view across Manchester. Apparently great for viewing sunsets but even on our wet, cloudy evening, the view was great (see pics below).
Lots of choices of cocktails, wines and bubbly as well as light meals.
Highly recommend that you book in advance as is very popular.
Ask for a "window" seat.. two to three chairs set up next to window for viewing.

We had a wonderful Afternoon Tea today at Cloud 23, we were served and looked after brilliantly by a young man named Dean.
The food and drinks were lovely and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
Michael took photographs for us and was so patient and kind.
I would highly recommend Cloud 23 and look forward to going again, hopefully in the near future.

Lovely afternoon tea. Good selection of savouries, a delicious scone with clotted cream and three different types of cake. Good selection of teas to choose from, the Venetian rose black tea with rose petals was fabulous. The service was friendly and the views from 23 floors up is pretty amazing. We had a glass of champagne which was well chilled, crisp and refreshing with a really long lasting mousse. A good place for a bit of a treat.
