Amazing service. Toilets are clean. Staff are very friendly. They ask for i.d for anyone they think is under age. This is great to see. The quality of the seating are and bar area is top quality. Will be back again.

After being ripped off at the bar in the railway station, we walked across to The Howard. A pint and a half of Warsteiner for £5.05 - that'll do nicely. Clean and airy bar, nice friendly staff and very comfy seats to watch the students walking by in the driving rain.

Lovely pub. Great food and good if you just want to chill. Staff are lovely and friendly. Close to the train station.
