awful experience with the desk and phone staff during a difficult sutuation and as for the doctors and nurses? i couldnt even give a review considering none apperently had the time to speak with us..we never saw or spoke to one...and one counselor from their detox staff was a complete jerk to my mother and I as we were trying to follow up on a patient. they seemed unconcerned about what will happen to the patient long term and wanted to shuffle them in and out the door. i understand this is a busy medical center, but there was absolutely no compassion..... go somewhere else.
