Buyer beware. Marginally competent, unscrupulous, lazy and sloppy. Their lack of professionalism will cost you extra money you didn't plan to spend, their poor customer service shows compete disregard for making right by the customer. When they make mistakes during booking, they fight tooth and nail to avoid admitting the obvious, recognizing an error and going an extra mile to correct the problem and look after the customer's basic benefit. Avoid; you are far better of using the Internet directly.
