What a fabulous studio in the middle of Conway. I attended one of Johanna's classes. She has been practicing yoga for 20+ years and gives amazing cues while making her classes accessible to everyone who attends.

Perfect for those brand new to yoga or those who have been practicing for a long time.

Who doesn't love classes taught by Johanna and Lori? Definitely one of Conway's best kept secrets. The facility is always clean-clean, yoga mats and props are already provided, convenient parking across the street and classes NEVER feel like just a repeat of last week's. I've been going since May and the owner is frequently making suggestions for alternative positions and ways to push her students further. I definitely recommend yoga, and I especially recommend yoga @ Go Inside! Try the relax classes and the hot yoga, bring water.
