Can't speak highly enough of CrossFit Colfax. As someone who was once reluctant to join CrossFit, I can say that this place has changed my view. Karl, Jake, Tyler, et al. provide excellent coaching, and everyone there is just looking to better themselves.

The Crossfit Colfax team's focus on quality of movement means this gym is the best I've ever been to. It's not about the weight you lift or how fast you run, it's about doing it WELL - so you protect yourself from injury but get stronger and faster at the same time. The trainers are fantastic, the gym is well-equipped and the atmosphere is electric. Crossfit Colfax seems to attract genuine, down-to-earth people who want to be strong, fit and fast.
