I am sad to see with other reviews that my experience is not unique - I have been trying to schedule a massage for weeks now with no reply or returned calls. I am very disappointed and frustrated seeing as I've already paid for the Groupon deal.

I purchased a Groupon. I called several times to set up appointments, and never got a call back. So I finally scheduled online for the day before the Groupon expired. 1 hour before my scheduled massage, I got and email saying they had to cancel. An email, not even a call. I emailed back wanting to reschedule, and got nothing in return. My groupon is now expired due to them not communicating..... I want a refund!!!!

Voice mail full, couldn't leave a message - sent 4 emails with no response - never was able to make an appointment - ended up having to get a refund from Living Social - stay away!

I've been trying since December to contact this merchant to set up an appointment. I left two messages by voicemail, and send emails, but haven't received any communication back. Now, if you call, you can't even leave a message because the inbox is full. The good news: LivingSocial was super helpful about refunding the money from my vouchers.
