I was visiting Dothan for work and had the opportunity to join a couple of yoga classes and get a massage. It was absolutely fantastic! I loved everyone there, the yoga classes with James and Dianna were amazing and incredibly unintimidating for someone who isn't in the best shape, and the massage with Rebecca was perfect for working out the stress and muscle tension from traveling (I wish she lived closer to me!!). I highly recommend this place and will definitely be stopping in on my next trip to the area.
