The manager called the police on us for complaining about how she only turned the music down on us, instead of turning the music off when we asked. Captain D's says they want to give their customers good service, but then if someone lectures to the manager about how they were poorly treated, then the manager will call 911.

The service is so slow. Last time my order was wrong and that was pretty disappointing. I reached out to management via the survey and no one has contacted me almost a month later.

We went through the drive thru so we could grab a meal and eat at the park. The wait was TERRIBLE! It was about 45 minutes or more. By the time we'd gotten to the park, it was nearly dark. My husband asked specifically if there were utensils in the bag. He was assured there were. NOT!. Fortunately I had picnic utensils in the trunk. Then, when we finally opened the boxes, the order was wrong! This place has a long way to go before we'll want to eat there again. And this wasn't a one-time issue. It's always slow there, whether you eat in or carry out. But, tonight was even worse than usual.

The food was delicious and hot. Had to wait for a little bit, but it was worth the wait.
