Service is very inconsistent, there has been a few times I've taken my family and everything went well. Then there were other times when it was completely TERRIBLE. One time they served my pregnant wife spoiled and burnt eggrolls and we let them know, when they came back back with "fresh" eggroll she took a bite the and they were still burnt and spoiled.
Waters had a taste of bleach/soap in them so we asked for styrofoam cups and they acted like we asked them to do something wrong.
They gave me the incorrect sized bowl twice. The first time they gave me a large bowl after I told them. The next time they said that it was a large bowl when it was actually a small bowl. People in room next to kitchen had large bowls when I went to restroom.
On another occasion. I ordered a large soup from them before and they gave me a small.
One time the manager asked what drinks we wanted and then didn't even bring them to us because he was too busy on his phone.
Just loss a customer, only because pho soup is so easy to make. Just go to the asian market on Midland and YouTube how to make it.
I'm sure the original owners would be very disappointed.
(First time ever doing a review on Google but the manager didn't even care to fix anything just said sorry and gave an excuse)
I would really appreciate if the owner does not reply to this review unless a free meal is offered because nothing was done when issues were discussed at time of service. Just giving an honest and respectful review. Get to together Pho HoagueThank you and God bless.

Pho done right! Beautiful presentation and it delivers on taste and flavor. I can't imagine cold weather without Pho. Friendly folks with a clean dining room excellent service
