They charge for every little thing. Plus I was told my monthly would be $60 and I get my first bill and it's $75. I was never told I would be charged $15 a month for a billing fee. When I went back I was told they couldn't do anything and I would have to pay broker fees again if I wanted a different policy. Bad service.

Went in to insure a second vehicle and had an unpleasant experience. They were very reluctant to answer my questions. I was persistent, and they got an attitude. It was all I could do to not get up and leave. I spoke to the same person both times. It won't happen again.
