Recently we spent the weekend in Hot Springs. The bath houses are definitely an experience! My bath attendant was fabulous! Latoya was her name. My massage person was not, and I won’t list her name but if you only have 20 minutes to have a massage, you don’t want to talk and be coated in excessive amounts of lotion. I wish I hadn’t of purchased the massage portion...after we were finished it all made since that she was on her way out the door to clock out for lunch. My husbands experience was a memory we will laugh about for the rest of our lives!

If you’re in the area...you need to experience this!!

Amazing place. I lived in Hot
Springs for many years and don't know why I never tried this before! The staff was so attentive. We did the deluxe package that included the bath, hot towel, steam room, shower, massage and paraffin wax. Definitely worth the time and money.

Love the whole experience. You don't find many true old fashioned spa experiences anymore. This one has the whole package. Atmosphere, history, and great staff. Prices are great too!!

Interesting experience. Really portray the original style bathhouse. Latoya was the bath attendant, she was fantastic! Didn't enjoy the massage as much as I hoped the lady just kept snapping or barking at me to relax, which did not make me relax. I spoke with the manager I believe Mandi about this not to get the girl in trouble but to coach on presentation. I know it's important during massages to relax, if not it hurts me more and causes more work for them. Snapping just made me more focused on trying to relax than actually relaxing. The massage lady was informative on different things to help my work life like stretching and things to help my plantar fasciitis, I appreciated that.

First time ever for this type of service, staff were friendly and professional. After paying for my choice of service I was directed into the men's section only interacted with three attendants. I'm not sure what the first gentleman's name but a young light haired man, but the other two (I believe named) Ricky and Caleb took great care to make me feel comfortable, were friendly and professional. Thank you Buckstaff and I will be back as often as I can. I left completely satisfied that I received a quality service at a very reasonable price.
