Some of the worse service ever experienced. The buses constantly late, very old buses, unreliable and just a lack of quality in every aspect.

Seats are ridiculoisly small, the bus is very crowded, the people don't respect assigned numbers. Would never ride on this bus line again to tell you that Greyhound is better than them tells you alot.

Do not use this bus line, they will leave you at the border. They make you buy your ticket promising that they will take you all the way to your destination but they wont. They will rip you off, your best going somewhere else!!

Always late. The front desk does not tell you if a bus is running late until its 1/2 hour late. A bus was scheduled to arrive 7:00-7:30 PM. My friend told me driver told her it would be more lile 8:30-9:00 PM. I called the station to confirm to make arrangements to pick her up. When I asked the guy at the station what time the bus would make it in, he said it would probably make it in at 8:00 PM. I then informed him what the driver said and he responded he didnt know anything about that. How is it that at this day in age, they dont have gps on those buses or atleast be able to use cell phones to communicate back and forth about delays? Please be considerate and don't make people wait 2 hrs for their loved ones unnecessarily.
