I dealt with Traci Murdock and trying to get her to the phone or responding to a email was offending(no response). The group I was travel with was pretty large so compensation was great. I needed information on canceling or altering a trip back April we were set to depart in August the response was giving 30 days later " that one would not be given". With insurance added I might add. After two weeks of no response I contacted her supervisor on protocol for these instances she said would look into it now 3 weeks later NO RESPONSE AND SHE TOOK UP FOR HER POOR COMMUNICATION. I would never refer this location "Huntsville " any clients. The next step will be the BBB...
