I ordered online and they never printed the ticket and didn't make my order. Once I called them, they said my food would arrive in 45 minutes and an hour later they hadn't even left. This was the worst service I've ever had. 0/10 would recommend.

If I could give this place a zero I would. 25 minutes for drinks. Every single thing ordered was burnt. Waited 1 1/2 hours for burnt food!! Manager couldn't be found anywhere even though we were told he was there!

1 employee working to tend bar and serve entire restaurant, 1 person cooking. Appetizers both burned, server acknowledges then leaves. Ben here 30 minutes still haven't been able to order dinner. Awful.

Food is good but don't get delivery. They use to have full silver pans of spaghetti but now it is less than a third. I got three things of baked spaghetti and all of them had more cheese than actual spaghetti. Also, the spaghetti was dry because there was so little when it was made. It's not worth the money if my family doesn't get full from it. I should have spent the $25 somewhere else.

Food was amazing. Service was horrible. Waited 10 min for seating. Table wasn't cleaned. Had to wait 40 min for food. Appetizers and pizza came at the same time. Waitress was nice. Employee outside said dough wasn't ready, lots of miscommunication, and manager didn't care.
